You do. Always. Your OnlyFans payouts go to a Paxum account in your name, with credentials only you hold. Each month we invoice you for our agreed commission, and you pay it from your account to ours. We never log in to your account, never touch your balance, never hold your funds.
Give us 60 days' written notice and we work the full notice period. No exit fees, no clawbacks, no multi-year lock-ins. Your account stays in your name throughout. The only post-termination obligations are confidentiality and a short non-solicitation period on both sides.
Yes. We're a registered South African company with proper tax registration, regulated banking, and POPIA compliance. Every contract is reviewed by a commercial attorney. Our team is named, contracted, and accountable. A lot of OFM agencies are one person with a Discord and good marketing. That's not us.

You're protected at three points. A 7-day cooling-off period after signing where you can walk away with no penalty. A 30-day trial at a reduced commission rate where either of us can end it. And after that, if revenue falls below threshold for two consecutive months, either of us can terminate on 30 days' notice. We'd rather let you go than fight to keep you.
